16June 2008 A day’s drive - from New Orleans to Houston
It was a long drive from New Orleans to Houston, so it was an early start.
We made refueling and comfort stops only. For lunch, it was a few biscuits in the car. It took almost six hours to get there.
Dinner was at Van Loc – an old Vietnamese restaurant that had good reviews on the net. Wow, what a feed - our first Oriental meal for weeks! We had to restrain ourselves from over ordering.
Distance traveled 374.5 miles

Forgot what these rolls were called but they were yummy
